Registration fees for Full Congress participants include:

  • Participation in the Congress Scientific Sessions
  • Printed material of the Congress
  • Tea/Coffee Breaks
  • Entrance to the Exhibition

Resident and Students:

Participants registering as Residents and Students must provide an official letter from the head of their department to support their application rate.

Allied Health Professional:

Allied health professionals include dental hygienists, diagnostic medical sonographers, dietitians, medical technologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, radiographers, respiratory therapists, and speech language pathologists.

Accompanying Person:

Participants registration include a half day tour and entrance to the Get Together Reception

Payment of registration fees should be made in South African Rand by bank transfer

Registration Cancellation Policy:

Refund of Registration Fees will be made as follows:

  • Up to 90 days prior to arrival-full refund less bank charges,
  • Up to 60 days prior to arrival-cancellation charge of R 850,
  • 59 – 31 days prior to arrival – cancellation charge of R 1000,
  • Less than 30 days prior to arrival-no refund
  • Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to Paragon Group
